Provided with the tooling experience and technology over 25 years, WooYoung completed the total in-house system in tool/mold processing, optic pattern design, injection and assembly. In 2001, WooYoung started the mass production of “Silkscreen print-less Light Guide Plate (stamping type)” which eliminated the printing process to save costs. In 2002, WooYoung is under development of “Prism Sheet-less Light Guide Plate” in commercial base mass production which can eliminate the most expensive “Prism Sheet” in BLU by using its’ injection mold technology and newly invested “Nano-Processing Center”. |

Electronic Division is operating well organized in-house system. The main mold/tool is processed in Seoul Factory, the stamping in Pyung-Tak factory, the metal plating in T/T and HeeYoung and the final assembly in Shenyang, China. The whole manufacturing and development system is conducted by the Pyung-Tak factory. The Shenyang factory which was the first oversea factory in connector industry and founded in 1995 has around 1,000 employees and produce 6 million pcs of inter connector monthly. Electronic Division having more than two decades in business is trying to make ; “Best Quality”, “Lowest Cost”, “Shortest DevelopingPeriod” and “Flexible System” on behalf of the customers’ satisfaction. |
